Shipments and returns
You may change / return products within 7 calendar days of receipt under condition of not being used or damaged in any way, with the packaging they arrived with. Company may not accept the return if the above are not observed.
Full amount refund: you may request a full refund of your purchase. The amount refunded to your account is the original price of your purchase deducting the postal cost of the initial delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we immediately proceed to the refund. Refunds are only made to the account connected to the debit/credit card used for your purchase.
Exchange with another item: If, for any reason, you want to exchange your item with another available (different size, different item), you should first contact CHRISP either by email, or at the customer service department in order to reserve the item you want. Once we receive your returned item, we will immediately ship your item in exchange.
If you want a different size of the same product send us an e-mail, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.
100% store credit via personal discount code: You can ask for a personal code to use later on another purchase. Once your return item is received, we will send you a discount code that you can apply on your next order on our e-shop. The amount will be immediately deducted from your cart.
Important Note: Always check your junk mailbox since sometimes our emails land there.
Want to switch to another product?
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, CHRISP reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
